Ok just been thinkin' . How a tow dolly would work to tow my K-5 around. I want a trailer just financially was thinking less for towing more for mods on truck. Ok now I will be locked in the rear. But if I put street tires on the rear and would leave the steering unlocked on the front to help it turn better. Any thoughts Thanks John

This is my version of a tow dolly that works like a wrecker. I back onto the thing and unlock the hubs, strapping the steering wheel in one place. It tows alot easier than when using a trailer.

I dunno, my thought on a dolly was allways I might as well drive it instead. They don't gain ya much advantage.

If I can drag my pile back to the staging area, I can jack it up at the transfercase and the back comes off the ground. Then I back my dolly under the pile. I can brake everything in the front end, but the knuckles and front wheel bearings and still tow it. I doubt I will ever break the tierod I'm using.
