I haven’t really wheeled this, its my Daily driver, but it is a Ford, 2003 F150 Reg. Cab stepside FX4. I’ve done a bunch of upgrades including exhaust, intake, tonneau, bedrug, brushguard, etc… I though about lifting but It barely fits in my garage now, and I don’t want to void any warranties. BTW, I test drove similar Chevy, Dodge, and Toyota before deciding on the Ford and I am very pleased with my purchase. I was also very close to getting a Rubicon but the ride of the truck was so much more comfortable (I had to drive 3000 miles for the move) and wanted a V8 for towing. I meant for off-road use.
But I would count that, b/c no matter what you wheel, you gotta have the best to get there right!! Ford's the way to go.

I have nothing against Fords. I just don't drive them. Hey to each his own. If you like it build it and wheel it. O wheel my Chevy and drive a Dodge. John
