Just wanted to let everybody know that my last day out on the trails will be Dec 13th for the last meeting. I'll be packing up the house and jeep all throughout the week and that sat will be the last chance to wheel for over a year. I'll also be saying goodby to all of you. as most of you know its off to the land of the not quite right.

Let's make sure we bring that up at the meeting. Is there anything we can do to help you get ready or while you're gone?

Beau, if there's anything we can do just ask, that's what friends are for. If you search the international thread at the Rockcrawler.com you'll find krawlin' alive and well in the R.O.K. I've e-mailed back and forth with the guy and you could probably hook up with him to get your wheelin' fix ;D Korea can be a great or rotten tour of duty, I spent 3 years there and still have family in Seoul. The best advice I can give is to stay away from the typical GI hang-outs and see some of the country, the culture is quite amazing. One "must-do" is a tour of Panmunjon, I got to go inside the building where they hold all peace talks and such and actually got to walk into North Korea, it's very humbling, and let's you know why we're there. It was the best 3 years in the Army I had.
