Was wondering what the best suspension lift would be...Im thinking about a 3 inch suspension lift as far as i know that is the lowest you can go but im not sure...But im for surely going with a 2 inch body lift and with both of those together that is as high as i want to or even need to go for now with just having 33's... Any input would be appreciated..
Thanks bill

IMHO, with as heavy as a Blazer body is I'd stay away from a body lift, it will damage the body, look under the Frog sometime, you'll see what I mean. I'd look for a 3" to a 4" susp. lift and do some fender trimming if necessary. Kit's I'd look at would be, Black Diamond, Skyjacker, and BDS. Rancho's pretty good but expensive and I've heard that Superlift is VERY stiff. Just some thoughts

Thanks for all the searching Rob. I like the prices at hell creek suspensions 300$ for a lift isnt bad at all. The ones on ebay are good too..Just waiting to get my taxes done then im on my way of lifting.
As for all that now wondering what driveshafts will cost me too. Ive got one on the way for a spare but mainly for the slip yoke . And whatever else i might need to complete the lift.

I don't know if anyone makes a SYE(slip yoke eliminator)for 208's, but that'd be one of the 1st things I'd think about replacing and going to either a 205 or 203.

They do give lift. But they also increase spring rate which equals less flex. True most lift springs do increase spring rate but a good spring replacement is a better choice.
Just my$.02 Mark
