Are we going to be sending out a confirmation packet when we get a paid registration?

I don't know if we need to, I just thought it'd be nice to let them know we got their regis. and maybe send them an event schedule.

That's cool but how much is a stamp and paper and an envelope? 100 registrations times $.33 is $33 just for postage. But i do see your point. Sux to be cheap!!!

Maybe they could be posted on this board, to save postage. Use a thread labeled confirmed registration and when they get their reg. package post a note to check the board for you confirmation after 5-7 business days to allow time for processing. Bryan

I like the idea of posting it on the board, nowadays it seems everyone has a PC or knows someone that has one. Mark--That's not being cheap, it's being practical.

I like the idea of e-mail confirmation, and having a thread here. I'll add e-maill address on the registration form, I knew I forgot something, DOH!

I guess if the is no email addy on the form then a written confirmation could be sent. It might save a few bucks.

I'm all for saving a few bucks!! Especially when we don't have that many to save! I updated the regis. form and added e-mail addy to it. If anyone wants the regis. form or liability waiver let me know and I'll e-mail them out. Hopefully the flyers done soon, we're making some final changes so it should be ready soon.

The email and board posting sounds like a good idea, most people have access to the web these days, for the few that do not, we can afford a few stamps.
