What are we supposed to do if someone breaks in our trail group?
When we run the trails that day, is it going to be stop and go at obstacles and what not like usuall? or will we just keep things going?
What time do we need to be there on saturday morning?

If someone breaks- if it's an easy fix, fix it and move on, if not the trail leader will get ahold of the floater and when the floater arrives the group can move on and the floater will help with repairs or tow or whatever's needed. I don't know who the floater is going to be yet.
try to keep things moving, but you have to "read" your group, if they want to stay and play at a certain spot, let them, if they're bored, keep them moving, each group will have roughly 8hrs on the trail so keep that in mind as well.
I would like those working the event to be at the City Park by 6:30am, the shelter will need some set up and we kick things off at 7am sharp.

Is anyone planning on staying at the city park during the event? I think Dina is be I really hate to leave her there all day with no one there to keep her some company.
