Hey all I'm wondering if someone close to Manhattan could weld me a little expansion pipe for my nitro. I'm not much of a welder and it looks really easy to me. If you have the supplies let me know and I'll give you the specs of it.
Thanks

Where r u loc. yj? I have 2 of them that I got used for very good deals. I saved a lot of money, but you will almost certainly have problems with them that you will have to fix. Which I think is the fun part. Take them out and drive them, then bring'em in and work on them and so on. Have you seen them of driven them? How much is he asking? The old style is the .15 and the new style is called the 2.5 widemaxx. Feel free to email me quinton4@cox.net. I want to make a big fat pipe. lol
Thanks

Probably one of the best things to look at is the aluminum chassis on the passenger side right under the engine. This would be the on the top side of the chassis between it and the engine. You're looking to see if its got a lot of fuel/oil sitting there all sloppy like. If so, its probably got a fuel/air leak. These happen which performance. But when you find them and fix them they run like crazy.

.15 is the older style and are not worth $250 each IF he has not upgraded the engine and put on the widemaxx syspension. If he has THEN it is getting debatable. Ask him what they have for engines and if he's put on the wide sysp.
Then make me a pipe. LOL

Well then that's not a bad deal. I've heard of another guy on a Tmaxx board that put in a 3 speed. I would love to drive that truck. The first gear could almost flip it everytime I bet. I took my faster one out for a spin today over lunch and was hauling down my driveway and then hit the street and ALMOST cleared the whole street. LOL Then when I was coming back over out of the neighbers yard I was wheeling for a little then it flipped over and slip upside down all the way across the street. LOL She was runnin good today.
