I know this is WAY off topic, but I will probably try to find carn. creek this wekend to go run my nitro's. I guess there is a track there, but I'm not sure how to get there. I know some of you are from around JC and such, so I thought maybe you could help me out.
Thanks

Are you talking about the old racetrack or the deal off of Ft. Riley Blvd?
I have not been here in Kansas very long so excuse my ignorance.
Mark would probably know.

suprisingly enough, I have never heard of that, and I've had a nitro R/C for about three years now.

Is it the old .15 or the new and wicked fast 2.5? Look on this board under Nitro you'll see a pic of my old e-rusty that I got rid of. It had about every mod you could put on it, but it wasn't doing it for me, so I went NITRO. Best choice I ever made.

its the .15. Well, actually, it isn't anything right now, b/c about two years ago, I cracked the piston (running it a little too lean) and now the engine is seized. I also have an E-Rustler. but I love the nitro one a lot more. Sometime, when i get time, and money that I'm not spending on moddin the Xplorer, I'm gonna go buy the 2.5 and swap it in, and start drivin it again. A few years back, me and a couple of buddies actually had a team that we put together to go race as. We tried to get a sponsorship from Snap-On tools, b/c one of the guys in the team, his Brother-in-law was REALLY high up in the company. But needless to say, the sponsorship fell through, the team fell apart, and I FUBARed the engine on mine, so I haven't even touched it in two years.
