Well, I dont know of anything off the top of my head that is for sale. I would go to www.pirate4x4.com and see what they might have in the 4sale section. They always have guys selling Yota axles to go to Dana 60 and 70's or even Rockwells Just get on there and look around and if you find anything that you are interested in, just either register which is free and make some offers or let me know and I will since I am already a member. The last year was 1985. That is for both the pickup and the 4 runner. in 1984 the engines were still carbed for the most part in both models as well.
If you can get your hands on an 85 Toyota that is the way to go if you want fuel injection and if you dont feel like messing with cutting out the IFS crap and doing a solid axle conversion.
If you do buy Yota axles, try to find the 85 front axle. It is the best for strength. It is factory trussed.
Also, the 86 and newer rear axles are 3 inches wider than the 85 front so you will need to order weird offset wheels for the front and rear or buy yourself some wheel spacers to make the 85 front equal width to an 86 or newer rear.
I have the 85 front and rear axles and run 2.5" backspaced wheels and I like my stance. I would have ordered 2" backspaced wheels instead if I would have not been in such a hurry to get my truck done.

There is a set of Yota axles on pirate right now. Some others as well just keep lookin. These are with 4.88 gears and the rear axle is the wider version, which is the most sought after. the front also has 4.88's but is open. You would just need to put a locker in the front and maybe some Longfields Super Axles which will be a good tough set up and your done. Then all you really need to Hy-steer crossover and your front end is complete. www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=193611

The diff is on the wrong side on the S10 if I am not mistaken? Sell the 10 and buy a rig with a boxed frame that doesn't hang down below the body
